PlayStation-exclusive Ghost of Tsushima will launch on PC on May 16. Sucker Punch Productions will port the game’s Director Cut in collaboration with Nixxes Software. The port will feature ultrawide support, upscaling tech DLSS and FSR along with full dualsense support, as seen with previous PC ports by PlayStation.
Ghost of Tsushima was released in 2020 to critical acclaim with a ton of praise for its beautiful world. The game’s Director Cut was released next year updating the game to utilise the power of PlayStation 5 along with adding a new expansion featuring Iki Island.
Ghost of Tsushima PC Port Features
The PC port will also include the much popular multiplayer mode, Legends. In which you can fight along with other players and choose different classes like Assassin and Hunter.
The game will also include much-needed ultrawide support which is one of the main reasons that fans wanted to experience the game on PC to fully experience the stunning Tsushima Island. With the game including DLSS and FSR, it will be interesting to see how the game fares on budget systems and the inverse with its performance at Ultra 4K on high-end GPUs.
With the full game being ported, players will also be able to experience the game through the lens of a samurai film with the game including the Kurosawa Mode to allow players to relive the game as if it was made by the legendary filmmaker Akira Kurosawa.
Along with all this, after experiencing the breathtaking Tsushima Island, players will also be able to explore Iki Island with the new expansion that is meant to be played after completing the main story.

Sucker Puncher co-founder Brian Fleming commented on the announcement;
“We’re proud to announce that our friends and partners over at Nixxes are bringing Ghost of Tsushima to PC! This is a first for Sucker Punch – all our previous work is console-exclusive, so we are excited about all this and Nixxes was the right team to do this project. With them on board, we knew the results would be nothing short of amazing! Now excuse me as I go order a Super Ultra Wide monitor!”
