Mech suits are coming soon to Helldivers 2. Helldivers 2 has been receiving some quality-of-life updates for a while. The developers have finally fixed most of the crash fixes and issues that players were plagued with initially. But something new popped out of the blue. A new feature or probably Stratagem is coming to Helldivers 2, that allows you to access Helldivers 2 Mech Suits. When are mech suits coming to Helldivers 2? And how long will it take before we get a definitive Helldivers 2 Mech Suit Update?
Helldivers 2 Mech Suit Gameplay Leaked on Reddit
In a shocking turn of events, a leak was published on Reddit, featuring a player using a fully functioning mech suit in Helldivers 2. The Mech Suit is currently not available in the game. It’s speculated that the Reddit user, u/fozzye18, was playing with a developer who decided to call in a mech suit.
But this isn’t much of a surprise since mech suits were expected to make it to the game far before the launch of Helldivers 2, as indicated in a teaser trailer. But, that footage, went under the radar as the game gained traction.
When Are Mech Suits Coming to Helldivers 2?
Currently, it’s not known when Mech Suits are coming to Helldivers 2. Many members of the community speculate that Mech Suits will come with the new Battle Pass or War Bonds that are expected to drop in the coming month of March or in a follow-up update. Seeing that the game already features a fully functioning Mech Suit, it’s expected that we’ll get our hands on the Mech Suit in Helldivers 2 pretty soon.
Mech Suits were also featured back in the original Helldivers that launched nearly 11 years ago. The Mech Suits carried a 30mm machine gun and were capable of being upgraded to launch anti-tank rockets or missiles. In addition, players were able to call in Stratagems from inside the Mech Suit as well.
