Here is the list of all items that can be unlocked in each mission during the Campaign in Modern Warfare 3.
In Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Campaign mode, after completing each mission, players can unlock certain rewards. These rewards can come in handy during online multiplayer that launches on November 10. Technically, there are 15 missions in the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 campaign, including the ‘Countdown’ sequence after the ‘Trojan Horse’ final mission.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Campaign is a short 5- to 7-hour game. If you try to attempt the game in Veteran, unlock all trophies, and discover all weapons and gear in open-combat missions, that could take way longer for even pro-players.

It is a decent amount of rewards that you can utilize during Multiplayer Matches. Double XP tokens are gold and you get a total of 8. Overall, you get 4 operators, 4 calling cards, 8 different XP Tokens, and 1 Weapon Blueprint.
Open Combat Missions
There are a total of 6 Open Combat Missions that resemble DMZ mode in Warzone. However, you can unlock many weapons, items, and gear as you reach your objectives in those missions. Once you unlock all items in any one of the open-combat missions, you can reload the missions to choose your custom loadout from those unlocked weapons and gear. I find it more fun if you change your approach in how you go about completing the mission, be it stealthy, guns blazing, or just insanely destructive and packed with explosives.
