Apex Legends Fight Night Event – Release Date and More

Apex Legends players have always looked forward to new Collection Events. Since the game’s release in February 2019, developer Respawn has introduced a bunch of them to the game. These events add a lot of new content to the game, such as new skins, challenges, and more. They also add a new Limited Time Mode which players can enjoy for a specific number of days. The biggest highlight of collections events is the Town Takeover, which basically replaces a certain location on the map with a new one based on a Legend.

Apex Legends Fight Night Collection Event

While Respawn is yet to confirm the next Collection Event for Apex Legends, data miners have already done that job for us. A user on Twitter who goes by the name SomeoneWhoLeaks posted a short video which turned out to be the trailer for the Fight Night Collection Event. This means that players will be seeing the first Collection Event of Season 7 soon.

The trailer gave us a closer look at what we’ll see in the upcoming event. As per the video, Pathfinder is going to take the center stage during it, meaning that we’ll see a Town Takeover for him this time. In addition to this, we also saw that Legends including Pathfinder, Crypto, Gibraltar, Bloodhound, Bangalore, Wattson, Loba, Mirage, Caustic, and Revenant will be getting new skins. This was expected considering Collection Events always bring skins for almost every character. Furthermore, considering the event will be based on Pathfinder, it will be exciting to see his skins.

The Fight Night Collection Event will also add a new LTM to the game. As per the Japanese version of the trailer, the upcoming LTM will be called Airdrop Escalation Takeover. This LTM will replace Care Packages with items and fully-kitted weapons. An exciting thing about these weapons is that their rarity will increase gradually, so we can think of them as “evo weapons.”

When Will It Arrive?

At the moment, it is currently believed that the Fight Night Collection Event for Apex Legends will go live on January 4. This is because the ongoing Holo-Day Bash event will conclude on the same date, and the developers will release the mid-season update after it. This update is expected to add the content for the Fight Night Collection Event. If this is the case, then we can expect to see some in-game teasers soon.
