Valorant: New Brimstone Glitch Discovered By Player

Valorant is currently trying to create a name for itself in the esports industry. The game was released a few weeks ago and millions of players from all over the world hopped into it. Over these past few weeks, players have discovered a handful of bugs and glitches that either ruined their gameplay experience or prevented them from getting the full Valorant experience. And now, a user on Reddit has managed to discover yet another glitch.

Since Valorant is a new game, it’s no surprise that the game is filled with bugs and glitches. This is something that happens whenever a new game comes out, and the same was seen in Apex Legends, Fortnite, Call of Duty Warzone, and many more. Recently, a new visual glitch came to the surface which removed the visual effects of Brimstone’s ultimate ability. This was first discovered by Reddit user “daonlydagger” who posted a small clip to tell everyone what happened.

For those who don’t know, Brimstone’s ultimate ability is called Orbital Strike and as its name suggests, it lets him call down an airstrike. This airstrike can deal heavy damage to anyone caught inside its radius. But the thing which some players like about the airstrike is that it also ruins the visibility of anyone inside it. This basically prevents players from targeting anyone caught in its area of effect. However, for the Reddit user, the complete opposite happened.

In the clip, it can be seen that Brimstone called out an airstrike by using his ultimate ability on the garage to take down the opponent Viper. However, the strike failed to pass through the roof and allowed Viper to get a clear shot of Brimstone. The worst part was the strike actually went through, but because of the glitch, the visual effects didn’t take place. If they did, then things wouldn’t have turned out to be like this as Viper would’ve been unable to see Brimstone.

An important thing to keep in mind here is that this might seem like a small glitch, but it has a great effect on how Brimstone plays. If the glitch didn’t take place, the outcome might’ve been different. Maybe Brimstone would’ve won the match instead of Viper. Considering the post is getting a lot of attention on Reddit, it is safe to say that Riot Games will do something about it soon. After all, they don’t want to leave their players disappointed during the early months of the game. Riot is also currently busy working on new modes for Valorant.
