Pokemon GO remunerates Homestay Gameplay

 Pokemon GO remunerates Homestay Gameplay

More updates are coming ahead for Pokemon Go that is giving players plenty of reason to not go out. Alongside online player vs player Pokemon Battles, players can now enjoy bonuses to stardust and XP for pokemon catches, changes to gifts, new 1 PokéCoin bundle and much more all while staying inside their blankets.

The mobile game app’s main gameplay hinges on social interaction; Go out, get together with people and explore. This, however, now shows to not be the case in the current circumstances of the COVID-19 Virus. Niantic has recently released new bonuses that will be available to all players all while sitting at their homes.

“Trainers,

The following changes have been made to Pokémon GO until further notice.

  • 3× Stardust and XP for your first Pokémon catch of the day: Be sure to activate a Star Piece and Lucky Egg to maximize your rewards.
  • Changes to Gifts: The number of Gifts you can open daily will now increase to 30, and the number of Gifts you can carry in your inventory will increase to 20. Gifts will also contain more Poké Balls. We appreciate your patience as we continue to prioritize updates that make gameplay more accessible and enjoyable at this time.
  • Rotating 1 PokéCoin bundle in the shop! New 1 PokéCoin bundles will be available in the shop each week as one-time purchases. The contents of these bundles change weekly, so be sure to get what is available each week. Right now, a new 1 PokéCoin bundle is available for you that contains the following.
  • Poké Balls × 100

You can access the above bundle (along with the one-time-purchase bundle of 30 Incense for 1 PokéCoin that was already available) from now until Monday, March 30, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7).

The Incense and Poké Ball bundles will both be removed at that time, and a new 1 PokéCoin bundle will be available.”

The biggest change now is that players that were not able to catch Poke’Mon due to running out of Poke’balls can now get them for free (almost). The gift changes again emphasize playing from home as almost all the bonuses players get from exploring and socializing outside are available to them at home. The 1 Poke’Coin bundle is available from now onwards in-game.

This is all aside players fully able to have online competitions through Pokemon Battles. They are available to the player base, and it is another option that players can opt into over going outside. All these new features are remunerating homestay players with little sacrifice to the gameplay.

It is a fortunate and a positive change that Niantic have observed the necessary precautions to the game amidst today’s circumstances. It is a big risk to go outside. Niantic is assuring and emphasizing how players should not take that risk; and thus, are implementing this with these passive changes to the game.
