It’s no lie that Respawn Entertainment has done a remarkable job by adding several amazing skins to Apex Legends. The game is filled with many amazing and unique skins so that players can completely change the look of their favorite weapons. There are different tiers of skins available, and each one comes at a different price. If you’re lucky enough, then you can even get your hands on some of them through loot boxes. And now, it seems like the developers are thinking about adding a bunch of new skins to their battle royale game.
Respawn often adds brand new skins to the game, but they sometimes just introduce different variants of an already existing skin. They do this by giving a new color to it. These re-color skins appear in the in-game store and can be purchased directly from there. Recently, it was discovered that a total of 7 new re-color skins are going to soon arrive in the game. These skins will be for R-301, G7 Scout, and more.
Apex Legends To Get New Skins
A popular Apex Legends data miner, ILootGames recently decided to search the files of the March 3 update. Luckily, he found out that Respawn is going to soon add seven re-color skins to the game. The data miner talked about this in his March 18 video, where he claimed that skins are most likely going to be revamped versions of already existing legendary skins.
Although the skins are going to be re-color skins, it doesn’t mean that they aren’t going to be amazing. In fact, some designs will even look completely different from the ones already present in the game. The developers have been adding such skins to the game, and players always love their addition. Considering Respawn always listens to its fans, they won’t disappoint them with this new set of skins.
The new skins are going to be for almost every popular game present in the game. These include the Hemlok, R-301, G7 Scout, Havoc, Krakber, Mastiff, and RE-45. Here’s what the data miner discovered:
- Hemlok — assault_hemlok_bfr_legendary_06_rc_01
- R-301 — r301_legendary01_accessory_rc_01
- G7 Scout — assault_g2a6_legendary_base_03_rc_03
- Havoc — beam_assault_rifle_legendary02_rc_02
- Kraber — kraber_sr_legendary_05_rc_01
- Mastiff — mastiff_legendary_02_base_rc_02
- RE-45 — autopistol_RE45_legendary_03_rc_01
In any case, it is great to see that Respawn is thinking about adding more content throughout season 4. The developers have been trying to improve their game a lot, and they are doing a pretty good job at it. At the moment, we currently don’t know exactly when these new skins will arrive. Considering they have appeared in the files, we will most likely see them soon. The developers also confirmed that Evo Shields are going to stay in Apex even though the System Override event has ended.
